The Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) is providing digital support providers with an opportunity to verify their competence in digital support guidance situations. Ethical guidance competence in digital support can be verified with a Digital Support – Ethical Guidelines skill badge. By earning the badge, the digital support provider verifies they: - Understand the responsibilities of both the provider and the recipient of digital support. - Promote safe and high-quality digital support which is carried out in mutual understanding of both parties. Core competence: 1. Understanding the objectives of digital support and how digital support promotes the development of the digital competence of the customers. 2. Understanding how to process the customer's personal data and operate in situations requiring strong electronic identification. 3.
