License to lead, Metso leadership development program

The License to Lead badge is awarded for the successful completion of the License to Lead program developed by the People Academy. The License to Lead program has been designed to equip recently joined People Leaders with foundational leadership skills, fostering a shared understanding of leadership within Metso. Through this program, leaders are empowered to embody Metso global people strategies and processes, enabling leaders to effectively lead individuals, teams and themselves. Key leadership areas covered communication, performance management, coaching as a leadership style, engagement and development as well as diversity and inclusion.
