Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: Part 2

The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: Part 2 module in the My Digital Backpack builds on learners’ understanding of creating respectful, safe, and supportive environments within the campus community. This module explores key topics related to consent, ending sexual violence and harassment, bystander intervention, responding to disclosures, and accessing appropriate support services. Through self-paced learning, scenario-based activities, reflective exercises, and assessments, participants will develop practical skills for recognising harmful behaviour, communicating with care, acting as an effective bystander, and supporting peers in times of need. The module empowers learners to contribute positively to the wellbeing of their community while deepening their understanding of EDI in practice. This course was developed by IADT and the IADT N-TUTORR Team. My Digital Backpack was developed under the N-TUTORR programme and funded by the European Union under the NextGenerationEU initiative, as part of Ireland’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
