Effective leadership across University College Cork is key to the success of the university in delivering on the strategic plan 2017- 2022. The Successful Team Leader programme equips team leaders across the university with the information and knowledge required in developing an effective approach to leading a team and working effectively with others. Each session includes an opportunity for discussion, problem solving and practical skills development with colleagues across the university in similar team leadership roles. The participant group includes research leaders, academic leaders and leaders in professional and support areas.
