CLOCK Sector Expert Leadership Programme is a flexible programme for creative professionals that aims to level the playing field to support the progression of a more inclusive and diverse creative industries workforce. Through our programme, participants are empowered to reach their full potential as they learn to recognise their expertise, reflect on their contribution to the creative industries, clarify strategic goals and map out a future direction as a CLOCK Sector Expert and industry leader.

The candidate has successfully demonstrated competencies at this level in the following skillsets:\n\n- Creative Practice OR Creative Enterprise\n- Sharing Knowledge and Skills\n- Developing Social Potential\n\nThe candidate has successfully demonstrated their continuing professional development, supervision and mentoring of their peers, innovation or synthesis of creative tools, processes or products or services and has advocated the professional practice of their sector in the wider creative industries.\n\nThe Sector Expert award is a professional award by industry peer review and is equivalent in level to a post-graduate certificate of 60 credits.\n\n### Learning Pathway\n\n- 1 to 1 Pre-Programme Mentoring \n- Digital Validation Portfolio \n- Reflective Statements \n- Mentoring Discussion \n- Professional Dialogue \n\nValidated by two Peer Reviewers\n\n### Final Assessment\nThe Sector Expert Award is issued after all the 4 step badges have been achieved and signed off by two Peer Reviewers.
