License to service, Metso Services program

The License to service badge is awarded for the successful completion of the internal License to service program developed by the Metso Academy. The program includes training courses and course tests aimed at validating the knowledge gained from the curriculum. The License to service training program has been designed to ensure a shared understanding of what “Service” means at Metso. Safety, work standards and operational models are explained in detail throughout the course. The completion of the program is beneficial for anyone who works or collaborates with customers and their respective equipment and technologies. The target audience is internal Services employees who work closely with customers on Services related topics.
