BIP Inclusive Minds, Inclusive Workplaces 2026

The Blended Intensive Programme Inclusive Minds, Inclusive Workplaces brings together Management students from around the world collaborate on a hybrid project. The main objective of this project is to equip students with the essential tools to excel in a diverse and international business environment. Participants of this programme, which includes a physical exchange week with additional online sessions, will have the opportunity to develop and enhance the following skills: - Integration of various HRM techniques - English language proficiency - Cross-cultural dialogue and cooperation - Insights in diversity management, focusing on inclusion
