UCC Professional Skills

The UCC Professional Skills digital badge has been developed to provide new staff with an effective introduction to key UCC systems. The content of the badge covers Finance, Marketing & Brand Impact, Media & Communications, and Digital Education. The badge paves the way to effective, confident working in these areas by offering a clear overview of each topic as well as practical, step-by-step guides to the platforms in use at UCC. These include Agresso (Finance), Terminal 4 (Marketing & Brand Impact), Workvivo (Media & Communication), in addition to Canvas, Panopto and M365 (Digital Education). Upon completion of the badge, earners will have the awareness and practical knowledge that underpins effective and confident working within UCC.
