Recipients of this badge were selected for their outstanding engagement at the Augsburg Technical University of Applied Sciences to participate in the international, English-language honors program on the topic of “The Power of Optimism” in the summer semester of 2025 in an interdisciplinary setting with 14 lecturers. In the modern, interactive learning environment of the SCALE-UP room, students contributed their creativity each week in class and through blog posts summarizing and reflecting on the sessions, including photos and videos, and reflecting on the discussions. This badge recognizes their active participation, strong engagement, and ability to work creatively, interdisciplinarily, and internationally in English.
