Recognising the contribution and commitment of Facilitators on the programme in supporting participants through a development programme for women in STEMM research exploring leadership and enterprise. The coaching provided by Facilitators plays a key role in developing group dynamics, helping them navigate reflective and collaborative learning experiences, supporting the participants to find insights and solutions. The programme is delivered by a collaboration between the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge.
