Describe the reasoning and methods for conducting onsite interviews to collect information on environmental and social compliance issues\n\n### Learning experience and activities  \n\nSelf-paced course that includes:\n\n- Four modules with multimedia presentations and downloadable materials that describe how to plan and conduct a social and environmental compliance inspections (SECI)\n- One multiple choice quiz at the end of each module\n- One multiple choice quiz at the end of the stage\n\n### Content / Topics\n\nThis stage of the course has four modules covering the following topics:\n\n- Planning and Inspection\n- Performing Onsite Activities\n- Collecting Samples and Identifying Laboratory Issues\n- Conducting Interviews\n\n### Assessment description\n\nThose who obtain the credential have successfully achieved one of the following options:\n  \n- Option 1: Achieved a score of 90% or higher on the Stage 2 Placement Test.\n- Option 2: Successfully completed the following activities in stage 2:\n   - Read the course content through interactive presentations\n   - Responded to questions for reflection in the course discussion fora\n   - Passed four learning assessment quizzes with 70% correct answers (one quiz for each course module). Two attempts per question\n   - Passed one stage test with 70% correct answers.
