Alliance-Ready: Key Competences for Professional Staff to Navigate International Projects in HEIs

This training has been designed to strengthen a set of interconnected competences that are increasingly required to operate effectively within European University Alliances and other complex international higher education collaborations. While each competence (Internationalisation of HEIs, Interculturality, Professional Communication, and AI Support) can be developed individually, their real value emerges when they are combined and mobilised together in challenging organisational and intercultural environments. The training has been developed by the Una Europa Professional Working Group, lead by University of Bologna and with trainers from Freie Universität Berlin, Complutense University of Madrid, Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and external trainers (ACROSS alliance).
