They have gained an understanding of how they can share these experiences with their mentee and workplace.\n- Earner has volunteered their time to work with their mentee on goal setting, action planning, and creating and exploring opportunities for their future. They have undertaken research to determine the different career or education options available to their mentee, enabling the mentee to raise aspirations and improve employability.\n- Earner has managed, adapted, and organised their time to meet the needs and requirements of their mentee, taking responsibility of the pairing to ensure the success of the programme.\n- Earner has shown the ability to gain new perspectives and fresh ideas.
