in violent situations, etc.);\n\n•\tPractical sessions, aimed at training in basic practices (first aid/trauma, radio protocols, etc.);\n\n•\tSimulations, which aim to crystallize the use of the participation is attested by the Training team on the following basis:\n\n•\tActive engagement through questions and comments or lessons learned from own experience\n\n•\tPersonal commitment, as evidenced by sharing lessons learned from own experience and/or participating candidly during simulations' debriefings. \n\n•\tAnswers to quiz at the end of theoretical sessions, designed to prompt self-awareness about one's progress. \n\nThe badge holder has also demonstrated progress through the simulations in all three key course objectives:\n\n•\tAwareness of key issues (preparedness, specificity of contexts, personal responsibility, interpersonal aspects), as evidenced through the various exercises, simulations and debriefings, and as evaluated by OSC's Training
