Developing Yourself and Others

This badge is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed the Developing Yourself and Others course at Cenit College. The programme equips learners with the knowledge and understanding needed to support personal and professional growth, both for themselves and for others, in alignment with organisational objectives. Participants demonstrate their ability to: - Recognise the importance of developing oneself and others in the workplace. - Identify development needs that contribute to individual and organisational success. - Apply strategies to develop themselves and others in order to achieve organisational objectives.
