Asiantuntijan ja esihenkilön työelämätaidot -kurssin jälkeen kylteri: - Osaa toimia palkkaneuvotteluissa ja neuvotella palkkansa. - Tuntee työsopimuksen ja työlainsäädännön keskeiset kohdat ja osaa toimia työsopimusneuvotteluissa. - Tietää, kuinka erottua työnhaussa/työmarkkinoilla ja osaa valmistautua videohaastatteluun. - Osaa toimia esimiehenä työelämän tyypillisissä haastetilanteissa/ristiriita- ja muutostilanteissa. - Ymmärtää yhteiskunnassa käytävää työmarkkinakeskustelua. After the course of Working life skills for experts and team leaders, the business school student: - Knows how to act in salary negotiations and how to negotiate their salary. - Is familiar with the key points of the employment contract and labour legislation and is able to operate in employment contract negotiations. - Knows how to stand out in the job search/labour market and how to prepare for a video interview. - Is able to act as a supervisor in typical working life challenges, conflicts and changes. - Understands the ongoing labour market dialogue in society
