This badge is issued to employees who have completed the certification course of the Renault Group's Agile division. This Scrum Master certification course reinforces: - Knowledge of the Scrum Master competency grid and the autonomy to improve and evaluate oneself among peers - the implementation of concrete Scrum Mastering practices - Facilitation in collective intelligence and team leadership - development of skills through observation in situations and feedback from experienced coaches and peers. This badge certifies that the beneficiary is recognized as a contributor and an actor in the development of Agile excellence at the heart of IT or business teams within the Renault Group. Within the framework of this certification and his professional experiences, the beneficiary has acquired and demonstrated confirmed skills in the role of Agile Scrum Master.
