By taking action with their own professional development and supporting their peers in the teaching and learning community, they are demonstrating confidence in their role as a facilitator and their commitment to continuous professional development. Furthermore, they support capacity building for Open Courses across the sector and while developing a community based approach to teaching and learning enhancement.
