Upon completion of the training, participants are able to:\n\n- Explain the importance of coordinating services between humanitarian organisations, authorities and site populations,\n- Describe the principles of partnership and explain how these apply in the context of site management,\n- Identify key stakeholders at global, country, site and community level that are relevant to your work and consider their primary interests and concerns in relation to the site,\n- Describe key actions to take to ensure services are coordinated to meet the needs of the displaced and host populations,\n- Explain the importance of assessing, monitoring and reporting on the site population's needs and of coordinating this with other actors,\n- Describe key actions to ensure the site population's needs are monitored and reported on through established systems,\n- Identify your own next steps for improving your ability to effectively coordinate between actors and assess, monitor and report on needs amongst site residents. \nThis badge is issued to learners for participating in an interactive online training followed by a brief reflection. Participants must satisfactorily answer two questions on what they learnt from the training and how they are applying their learning.
