- Earner has completed a workshop on 'Leadership', gaining theoretical knowledge to support them in their journey to becoming an effective physical activity leader. They have identified specific practical skills and personal qualities that are fundamental to excellent leadership.

- Earner has completed a workshop on 'Communication', gaining knowledge of the importance of effective communication as a physical activity leader. They have shown an understanding of the qualities of effective communication by identifying and sharing practical examples of effective communication styles and methods that they can use.

- Earner has participated in a workshop on 'Youth Voice', gaining understanding of the notion and importance of youth voice in effecting change and having a positive impact. They have shown an understanding of how important their voice and the voice of their peers is when it comes to encouraging others to be physically active by sharing thoughts and ideas around physical activity for young people.

- Earner has participated in a workshop on 'Planning' to begin to co-design and organise a Cornwall School Games event, carefully considering which leadership skills are crucial to the logistics, planning, and successful delivery of the event. They have continued this planning within school and reflected on the event planning and delivery process in their Time2Lead logbook.

- Earner has successfully volunteered 4 hours of their time to a leadership role within their school, putting into practice all of the skills and knowledge they have gained from the workshops they participated in. They have practically applied and developed their leadership skills in a formal and professional environment, showing a good level of personal organisation and commitment to becoming an excellent physical activity leader.
