Project Management for the Agri Food Sector Digital Badge

This two day course is designed to introduce new project managers to the key project methodologies, processes and techniques. Each stage of a project from planning to project close-out will be discussed and participants will benefit from an experiential approach where a project is completed in real time during the workshop. On completion of the course, participants should feel confident to tackle real problems in their workplace knowing that they have the skills to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and close-out the project effectively. Additionally, the course will allow participants to examine their team development and leadership potential as part of the curriculum.
