The owner of this part has basic understanding in project cycle management : needs assessment, planning, project monitoring and evaluation
-To enable participants to choose and apply appropriate tools and methods to manage all stages of the project cycle -To be able to elaborate terms of reference (ToR) for a needs assessment -To conduct a needs assessment -To identify needs, stakeholders, and sources of information -To design a logical framework and its related activities -To design a monitoring and evaluation framework for the project, selecting the appropriate tools and indicators -To choose relevant criteria in order to develop terms of reference for an ex-post evaluation
