This badge was earned by providing evidence of at least 5 out of 7 criteria and based on self-assessment. The badge was developed by adult education organizations in Finland, Lithuania and Sweden in a Nordplus Adult Education project.

This badge was earned by providing evidence of at least 5 out of 7 criteria listed below and based on self-assessment.

The earner of this badge can:

  • Elaborate the importance of involving the participants in the continuous evaluation of an adult education course or event for the for the development of the course or event and for the development of the evaluation skills of the adult educator.

  • Identify what should be evaluated in an adult education course or event and can plan and develop the course or event so that it enables a continuous, fair, motivating and reliable evaluation.

  • Make necessary adjustments during the adult education course or event based on the continuous evaluation.

  • Independently teach, coordinate and supervise others in use and in the developing of the evaluation practices in adult education courses or events.

  • Plan and carry out a comprehensive evaluation of an adult education course or event using different and complex tools and methods.

  • Independently analyse and supervise others in analysing the results of an evaluation of an adult education course or event.

  • Communicate the conclusions of the evaluation of an adult education course or event, the reasoning that lead to them and can independently follow up on the evaluation and take the necessary measures to improve the quality of the course or event or to create new evaluation practices.
