Yritysvalmentajaksi-ohjelmassa kehitetään JAMKin henkilöstön valmennusosaamista ja -ajattelua JAMK-lähtöisten yritysten sparraajana. Ohjelma koostuu 16 kontaktipäivästä sekä jokaisen osallistujan yhteisestä prosessista asiakasyrityksen kanssa. Kyseessä on yhteinen, reilun vuoden pituinen, oppimis- ja muutosmatka, jossa näkökulmana on oma oppiminen, asiakasyrityksen kehittyminen, verkostojen laajeneminen sekä JAMKin kehittyminen Suomen parhaaksi yrittäjyyskorkeakouluksi.

In the Business Coach program we develop the coaching skills of JAMK University of Applied Sciences’ staff for sparring companies that have been started at JAMK by students or staff. The program consists of 16 face-to-face sessions and each of the participants also undergoes a personal development process to spar a company during the year-long program. It is a joint learning and growth path, which combines personal learning, development of the customer company, expanding networks and renewal of JAMK towards our goal as Finland’s number one entrepreneurial university.
