  • Earner has taken part in the IEMA approved ‘Introduction to auditing and evaluating environmental behaviour change’ training course. The training covered sustainability issues in the workplace, learning on the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and understanding the skills and knowledge needed to conduct an environmental audit. Earners learnt how to use the Green Impact framework to assess how staff teams within the organisations have embedded sustainability into their work.

  • Earner has undertaken at least one audit of a workplace developing their professional auditing, analytical, and relationship building skills. The audits require Earners to assess documentary evidence teams have uploaded to support their sustainability work, as well as interviewing staff teams. Earners then assess the teams, using the criteria provided to award teams awards for their efforts.

  • Earner has contributed to the Green Impact programme, outcomes of which are reduced organisational carbon emissions, greater levels of recycling and compliant waste segregation, improved biodiversity whilst also promoting an inclusive, accessible workplace with a strong focus on wellbeing. The programme creates an engaged, motivated workforce who are more aware of sustainability issues and motivated to act upon this awareness in an environmentally responsible manner both at work and at home.
