Criteria

This participation-based badge is awarded to participants who have completed the interactive online training, Needs Assessment (Humanitarian Project Cycle Management). Upon completion of the training, participants are able to:

• Explain the importance of undertaking a needs assessment at the start of the project cycle
• Describe the types of data you might want to collect to inform your work and describe how you can collect these data
• List tools to analyse collected data.

This badge is issued to learners for participating in an interactive online training followed by a brief reflection. Participants must satisfactorily answer two questions on what they learnt from the training and how they are applying their learning. There is no formal assessment.
