Criteria
PGR Transitions Mentors are expected to deliver monthly 1 hour Mentoring sessions for their first year PGR mentees. In these sessions they will offer a range of motivational advice and guidance to help their mentees settle into their research role at the University of Surrey. They will have completed formal Mentor training and be part of an evaluation at the end of the Mentoring course.
