Comprising four modules, the course combines lectures, quizzes, reflective activities, and practical applications. It culminates in a one-on-one "Coffee Chat" with a faculty member, where students demonstrate their skills in a real-world scenario, receive feedback, and gain valuable mentorship opportunities.

Criteria

To earn this badge, participants must:

Complete All Course Modules: Successfully complete all required modules or units in the "Introduction to Professional Skills" course.
Achieve High Performance: Score at least 90% on all quizzes, assessments, or exams.
Demonstrate Reflective Learning: Complete all assignments, including reflections or self-assessments on professionalism concepts and skills gained.
Engage in a Professional Meeting: Schedule and conduct a "Coffee Chat" with a faculty member, applying professionalism principles and receiving feedback.
Adhere to Ethical Standards: Demonstrate professionalism and integrity throughout the course.
