The environmental challenges, developments in regulation and consumers’ new needs are transforming the automotive industry. Vehicles are becoming electric, connected and smart. All these shifts require new skills, notably in analysing and processing data.

Knowledge (Understanding) :

• Understanding of Generative AI : Understanding the principles and applications of Generative AI is essential to explain how a GenAI tool works and to answer the technical questions of participants.
• Proficiency in the company's GenAI tools : Facilitators must know how to use the tool to demonstrate and guide its practical use in a professional context.
• Knowledge of CO-DRAFT method principles and integration of a CORPUS into the prompt : Knowledge of this method allows guidance for participants in structuring their GenAI prompts.

Know-how (Practical Skills) :

• Remote group facilitation : Ability to manage time, engagement, and dynamics of an online group.
• Management of collaborative tools : Mastery of remote communication tools to streamline exchanges and interaction (e.g., Microsoft TEAMS).
• Experience in prompt design : Skill to help structure prompts to achieve the best possible outcomes from GenAI.

Soft Skills (Behavioral Skills) :

• Kindness and encouragement : Creating a positive atmosphere that allows for experimentation and encourages active participation.
• Active listening and adaptability : The ability to understand and respond to the specific needs of participants
• Leadership and group dynamic management : Capacity to lead the workshop while fostering engagement and maintaining interest of participants.
• Facilitation and feedback techniques : Knowing how to collect and integrate participant feedback to improve the learning experience.

Participants are awarded this badge when they meet the following criteria :

• Successfully guided at least 4 learners during a 2-hour session, with the result being the creation of the requested prompts.

• Encourage learners to critically review their work and to use CO-DRAFT and CORPUS.
