Future Ready Mentoring – Career Mentoring Programme Cycle 2 - 2022/23

This digital badge is officially recognised by the University of Westminster and certifies that the recipient has successfully completed Cycle 2 of the Future Ready Mentoring – Career Mentoring Programme. This long-term mentoring programme offers mentees a minimum of three, one-to-one mentoring sessions with an industry professional over a period of 3 months, to support them in developing professional working industry skills.

Future Ready Mentoring at Westminster offers three branches of mentoring activity: long-term, short-term and group mentoring This digital badge recognises mentees on the Career Mentoring Programme who have invested in their own professional development, exploring career options, and developing a range of transferable skills, to help prepare and guide them in their future career, with the support of a tailored matched mentor.

The Mentee:

Has adhered to the Programme’s guidelines by attending meetings prepared and submitting logs to record their mentoring sessions.
Has actively taken part in the programme being supported by their mentor with three or more mentoring sessions.
Has used the guidance to build their personal goals and strengths, explore career options and develop a range of transferable skills.
