Criteria

This e-learning course will provide an introduction to child safeguarding. The course will take approximately 3 hours to complete. It is summatively assessed and the course must completed with a 75% score or better.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this learning path on child safeguarding you will be able to:

  1. Recall what child safeguarding is and how you can recognize child abusers and signs of abuse.
  2. Identify and respond to child safeguarding concerns and incidents, following the appropriate response mechanism.
