Criteria

To attain the badge, a candidate must:

Submit a successful initial application to be awarded a place on the programme
Complete online preparation through the UK Work Culture Programme Teams group ahead of the employer challenge
Work as part of a team on a live business challenge set by an employer
Deliver a presentation on their project challenge and receive feedback from the employer
Meet and communicate with international alumni now settled in Newcastle with a UK career
Attend sessions about navigating the UK job market led by Careers Service staff
