Learning experience and activities

Participants experience an interactive, practice-based journey where they:

  • engage in real scenarios, discussions, and reflections to build self-awareness and clarify roles
  • co-create goals and practice mentoring conversations through exercises, roleplays, and feedback
  • apply learning through action planning, tracking progress, and continuous reflection to sustain

Content

The program focuses on four key content topics:

  • Align → building shared understanding, trust, roles, and expectations
  • Aim → setting clear, meaningful, and development-focused goals
  • Adapt → strengthening mentoring conversations, questioning, and adaptability
  • Act → translating learning into action, accountability, and sustained progress
