Leading High - Performance Teams

Attendance at the Leading High - Performance Teams programme at IMI. This is a 2 day in person programme. Programme Theme: The programme examines the journey of team development, exploring the attributes of the personality types within a team and equips the participant with the tools to lead and inspire a team to achieve sustained high-performance. Through DiSCTM self-assessment, participants learn to understand their unique behavioural style and strategies for engaging with others, their needs and preferred environment.
