Volunteer Coach — Building Digital Equity (2025)

This badge recognizes HP employees and affiliated professionals who have contributed as volunteer coaches in the Building Digital Equity program, developed by Win-Win Connection in collaboration with HP, Esade, ACNUR, and local NGOs, supporting refugee, migrant, and digitally excluded women in Barcelona. Badge holders have supported participants in developing digital, professional, and personal skills through hands-on coaching, mentoring, and collaborative learning activities.
