Leading, Engagement, and Contribution

Landmark’s Leading, Engagement, and Contribution course is designed to gain expertise in the world of leading, public speaking, and authentic selling. Participants develop prowess in the art and science of speaking to individuals and small-sized groups, and build mastery in speaking to larger and more diverse groups. They are trained in the fundamentals of designing, coordinating, and leading community conversations and events. Beyond motivating people, participants begin to develop mastery in generating the kind of inspiration that comes from being present to new possibilities that touch, move, and inspire them. Through study, practice, and coaching, participants discover how to best deal with the fear of public speaking and gain greater confidence in leading and presenting to others. They distinguish and develop themselves in ways that give them a new access to being fully expressed as leaders, and making the kind of difference they are committed to making – in their family, their job, their community, and society. By utilizing the knowledge, skills, and attributes they develop, participants have dramatic increases in their effectiveness and their ability to produce specific, measurable results.
