The SECBA (Southeast Higher Education/Further Education/Industry Cross-Border Alliance) project is a collaboration between higher education, further education and industry. This project is designed to transform the South-East region (Louth, Armagh, Cavan, South Down and Monaghan), strategically bridging the gap between educational outputs and industry’s evolving needs.The focus of this project is to enhance economic development and talent retention within our region. The project is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).
