Criteria
Badge holders have:
- Completed the PepsiCo Coaching Manager program, a multi-week course with live interactions, small group sessions, and practical coaching exercises.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying the key skills of the CLEAR coaching model.
- Achieved a score of 80% or higher on a knowledge assessment.
