Earning Criteria:
- Earner has managed a work experience for a young person or group of young people over the course of a week or more. They have showcased skills in facilitation, communication, teaching, coaching, youth work, and empathy, acting as the manager of the young person or people during their time at the workplace.
- Earner has understood the importance of youth voice and flexibility to ensure the work experience met the requirements, needs and interests of the young person or young people involved.
- Earner has given a workplace induction, ensuring the young person or young people have a good understanding of professionalism and workplace expectations by setting tasks with clear instructions. They have showcased their skills in supporting others and time management, giving deadlines and timeframes of when tasks need to be complete, and setting a schedule including start and end times as well as lunch breaks for the week(s).
