CLOCK Your Skills

The candidate engaged in 2 CLOCK Skills Discovery Workshops (SDW) in which they participated in a small group facilitated by a CLOCK Sector Expert. In the 1st workshop they uncovered and reviewed their current skills applied in sector specific, transferable or interdisciplinary contexts. The 2nd Skills Discovery workshop took place at the end of a project, role or training programme. This compared the results of the 1st and 2nd workshops and enabled them to recognise their further development, concentration of skills and new areas of expertise gained. They are more aware of their professional skills, the technical language of their practice, their own values, challenges, strengths and further development needs. This award demonstrates progression and awareness of 'distance travelled' between two points within career development and progression and in preparation for access to certification at the relevant CLOCK Level.
