  • Recognise practices that encourage diverse candidates, avoid gender / other bias and incorporate 'do no harm' principles
  • Can identify appropriate approaches to increase candidate interest
  • Understand practical interviewing skills that will enable effective selection
  • Can describe the key steps an induction process in emergencies should include
  • Are able to identify ways in which the recruitment process can support the induction phase
