This badge is awarded to individuals who have attended a 90-minute introductory AI training course from HotPMO covering the following topics:

- Core prompting concepts: Ability to structure effective prompts for optimal results, understand terms like context window, token, hallucinations.

- Best practice models: The CREATE (character, request for information, example, adjustments, type of output, extras) and PPP (plan, prompt, polish) models.

- Foundational AI Safety: Responsible use of AI, and awareness of bias, keeping data, people and the company safe - confirming tool and policies approved by the organisation.

- Practical application: Support with live prompting with attendees ‘hands on’ and skills with using personas and ‘shots’ (examples).

- Creativity: Sharing the ‘Art of the Possible’ and review of additional tools available besides Microsoft Copilot, and the optimal use case for the types of tools.
