The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is awarded to individuals who have completed Excellence Finland's Green Belt training and demonstrated proficiency in the fundamentals and application of Lean, Lean Six Sigma and Minitab methods. After the training, the participant understands the DMAIC model (Define–Measure–Analyze–Improve–Control) as a tool for process improvement and can identify and solve problems in the organization’s processes. People with Excellence Finland's Green Belt certification are able to analyze data, manage process performance, and control errors using statistical process control methods. The transfer of theoretical knowledge into practice has been ensured by completing a real work-related project that delivers concrete and measurable improvements in the organization. The training content meets ASQ's Six Sigma Body of Knowledge (DMAIC) requirements (GB level).
