Through this course the participant developed the following basic knowledge competencies: 1. Recognize the importance of impact management as core to our mandate at IDB Invest and identify the main elements that make up our end-to-end Impact Management Framework. 2. Explain the logic and key concepts underpinning the DELTA and how the DELTA Project Score works to assess development impact potential. 3. Describe the criteria and guidelines used to generate the Development Outcome Score and Additionality and apply them through brief case studies. 4. Identify how the DELTA Project Score is driven by its different sub-scores, as well as the various outputs of the DELTA Impact Rating System, in addition to the DELTA Scorecard.
