The PFNA Supply Chain Facilitator Certification is a four-phase program that teaches design, development and delivery best practices for both general and technical course facilitation and provides an opportunity for practice and application of those concepts. This program is open to NEO Facilitators, Core Skills Facilitators, Supply Chain Leaders, Team Supervisors and others who facilitate training at our sites, such as Staffing Leads, HR and Managers. Participants complete a self-directed course, attend a facilitated session and are observed putting their learnings into action. Once certified, participants share best practices and continuously improve their skills.
