The person is familiar with QCS system including measurements and their operating principals and functionalities. He/she is capable to perform service visits and the basic maintenance and sensor calibration tasks in the customer interface independently and is able to participate for the more advanced service topics with the more experienced colleague(s). He/she can take on-call duties and perform emergency visits with the support from the colleagues or VPC.

Certification program has included set of courses, quizzes and on-the-job learning tasks and the person has completed them all.
