At Celemi, we help organizations build business acumen, alignment, and better decision-making through facilitated business simulations.

We believe in the art of serious fun. Our experiential, social, and instructor-led simulations recreate real corporate challenges so people can practice making decisions together in a safe, realistic environment. Participants work in teams, test ideas, see consequences, and build a shared understanding they can immediately apply back on the job.

Our simulations are delivered in both physical and virtual classroom environments and are always run synchronously with a certified facilitator. Whether participants are in the same room or spread across the globe, the learning experience remains interactive, social, and deeply engaging.

Our standard simulation portfolio covers key enterprise priorities such as business acumen, agile behaviors, strategic decision-making, project success, talent management, and sustainability. We also offer customization services to ensure relevance to your organization’s specific context and challenges.

What sets Celemi apart is not just the simulation, but the facilitated learning experience. By combining realistic decision-making, team-based interaction, and expert facilitation, our programs create alignment and behavior change rather than passive knowledge transfer. Many participants describe it as the most impactful training they have ever attended.
