To earn this badge, participants must:

  1. Shift client conversations from cost to value Demonstrate the ability to engage clients in discussions focused on outcomes, expertise, and value creation rather than solely on cost.

  2. Build trusted client relationships Apply techniques that strengthen client engagement, foster trust, and support long-term partnerships.
