Learning and Recognition Experience

  • Engage in 3 hours of peer2peer learning with mentoring support from the national Peer Reviewer to prepare to engage in a mentoring discussion that critically reviews current policy and practice within your chosen Sector.
  • Engage in a recorded Mentoring Discussion of approximately 1-hour responding to a set of prepared questions that require you to demonstrate a critical and working knowledge of roles, relationships, common practices, and current challenges and trends within your sector. This will draw out your contextual knowledge, invite you to review models and principles of practice, highlight and judge innovation and apply a critical and balanced scorecard approach.

Assessment

The Online Mentoring Discussion is recorded and reviewed by 2 Peer reviewers (1 national/1 international) who are required to confirm that the candidate has evidenced relevant contextual knowledge and a critical and balanced score-card approach. If so, then the milestone award is issued by the international peer reviewer.
