Science Media Communication Award

This Newcastle University certified badge will be awarded to 2nd year students who attend the 'Science Communication' event and successfully complete the 'ten-hundred word' challenge in the PHY2028 'Laboratory and Professional Skills' and PHY2034 'Computational Methods and Professional Skills for Theoretical Physics' modules. The badge demonstrates event attendance and acquisition of the following skills: • Awareness of science communications concepts • Writing skills for science journalism
